I'm going to make this short as possible and not go into details (So no bashing about "hes the father, he has rights" blah blah blah). The "father" of my son is not fit to be a father. I did not put him on the birth certificate (and we were never married). I listed my daughters father as his father (were back together). I know that is "wrong" according to some people but I felt that was best. Anyways I'm just wandering if now the "father" can come back and try to sue me for a DNA test or visitation etc? (if he wanted to. I don't even know if it's crossed his mind) I mean I know he CAN but how would he go about it? He doesn't know my mailing or street address (ive recently moved) and we are not in contact at all. I know different states are different so please don't answer unless youre pretty sure. I've had someone tell me that he can file with the courts and papers will be sent to whatever address is on file for my drivers licence. But I've had multiple people tell me they can't do that because I'll have to sign when they "serve" me the papers and that if he doesnt have an address to where im at, he cant do anything. I live in the state of Oklahoma.
