can heated mirrors be fitted to Citroen C3 Picasso that does not have them already?

I have a C3 VTR+ that does not have heated mirrors like the Exclusiev model so can they be fitted without the whole mirror head assembly, ie just a glass mirror?

Simple answer to this one, No.

Sometimes all models are wired for all options, just not fitted with them, if the wiring is there then yes you could fit them but you need to find out if the mirror heads are the same.

You could buy aftermarket heated ones and fit them to a switch installed in a blank on the dash.

It's very simple if you have basic wiring knowledge.

If you want official citroen mirrors, that would be a lot harder as you'd need new door looms etc.

Not really worth it, mirrors don't usually frost up and if you clean them regularly dirt and water doesn't stick to them.
