my dog bit my neighbor. my dog was in his own containment behind a fence with beware of dog signs. the neighbor claims he was bit on his property in which is impossible because of the 6ft privacy fence that divides the property. he was bit on my property where there was only a 4ft fence.the neighbor is suing for medical, loss of wages, and mental anguish a total of 5 grand. i would like to add that the bite wound required a couple butterfly stitches and he recieved a 1mg of dalauded. i am not a lawyer but i don't think i should be responsible. he knew of the dogs and still came on my property any way and leaned against my fence insiting the dog. i live in pennsylvania anyone whow knows a little about the laws please add some insight
