can i buy a cell phone from t-mobile and activate it with cricket?

i dont know if everybody knows about cricket but people in denver colorado and around that area help me. i have a razor from t-mobile and want to activate it with cricket. is it possible.
well with sprint and verizon. do picture and video and web accses all work well. and do i have to have v cast to upload music from my computer to a chocolate phone or any other verizon wirelles music phones if i activate it with cricket
 
Cricket would not let me activate my Cingular phone with them so I highly doubt it. They said it wasn't possible.
 
I use to sell phones and We were not allowed to sell a phone without a selling a line and plan. Pretty much get you under contract is all that matters
