Can I buy Sony Ericsson headphones?

My Sony Ericsson W395's headphones broke and I want to but a new pair but I heard that they don't sell them unless you buy a phone (you can only get one with the phone).
Is this true?
And what other accessories can I buy (music related:headphones,speakers etc.)
