Can I cancel Directv without fee after having it for a week?

I know that I get a 3 day... blah blah blah... cancel period. I have had directv for 8 days and absolutely hate it. Is there anything at all that I can do to have this removed from my home with penalties? I got my first "$35 promotion" bill and it $98. Not to mention all the constant glitching and pixelation. I don't know if any of these complaints will matter but I know that sometimes there is 14 day buyers remorse, etc. Any information is greatly appreciated.

it may be possible, a least call and find out why your bill seems high. did you respond to the e-mail they sent you for your rebates ? if not its not to late to do it by mail.

I would try if I were you. Tell them everything you have written here. I get what your saying, the tricky charges etc.

Probably not.

As far as the glitching & pixalization issues, do you know how to go in and check transponder signal strength? It sounds as though the initial installer did not correctly peak the antenna.
This is a very correctable issue.
