When I got my T-mobile phone & contract last March I was told I would use up to 5gb of data after filling out a questionaire on their website. I have hardly ever used 1gb per month. I was thinking of cancelling my line but I would need to pay $200 in order to do so.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if T-Mobile would let me downgrade from 5gb to 1gb per month so I won't be paying over $100 a month.
