Can I delete individual calls from my iPhone?

I have the iPhone 4 and I need to know how to delete individual phone calls from my call log. Chacha said something about this Cydia app, but it's not on iTunes and when I googled it it said alot about how you need to jailbreak your phone first or something? Oh well, if anyone could give me idiot-proof instructions, that would be lovely.
