can i downlad apps to my blackberry without a data plan?

i have a RIM blackberry bold 9700 for t mobile, and i cant put the blackberry app world on it, and if i try from their website it says i need to go on email on my phone to download it. but i dont have email or web usage on my phone. is there any other way i can get apps?

Well you might need credit for it to go on the web which can cost a bit. I suggest getting a plan which gives you web usage, like when you top up otherwise it would be more expensive i think, just go in store and ask about the best plans for internet and that.
