Can I get a music file from the computer to my phone via Bluetooth?

I have never used bluetooth before and I have no idea. I want to have a song as a ringtone and I was wondering what I would have to do.

You should be able to as long a your computer is bluetooth compatible.
 
You don't need to do anything with the bluetooth because bluetooths don't use ringtones. You only use your phone for ringtones.
