Can I get in trouble for this?

Ok well i snuck out and I'm 14. go ahead and insert a lecture that i won't read. and put your "I'll just say this sneaking out is blah blah blah" Ok welll i was wondering if it's against the law to be out on like walking on the side of main roads at 3-4 in the morning. please don't harass me and answer the question
 
Not unless you're carrying an open beer bottle and smoking a blunt while walking around at 4am...
 
There are no global laws on this. These are at a state, or more likely a local level. So you will need to check the laws where you live.

But in general, most communities have curfew laws that you would be violating for being out so late (or early, depends on you point of view). It's not a major crime that will prevent you from getting into the college of your choice, though. At worse, you will have a citation issued and have to pay a small fine. Your worse punishment will come from your parents when the police take you home and wake them up that late to tell them what you were doing.
