I dont know what to do. On Mar12 I bought a $20 Rogers voucher at a Rogers kiosk at centerpoint mall. Today, I tried to activate it and apparently the rep said it has already been redeemed. I dont know how thats possible because the receipt was in my purse the whole time. I asked the rep what else he can do for me, he said nothing but gave me the activators phone #. Is there something I could do? I paid with my credit card and Im wondering if a refund is possible? Is it possible for someone to just 'steal' my pin #? The lady processsing my voucher did take a long time, some glitch to the system maybe? Id appreciate some help. Thanks!
