can i get my phone back after someone stole it?

Hey, I'm in the 7th grade. I moved to a different school. On my first day there, i was in my gym class. i had my phone in my pocket, because i couldn't open my locker being that it was my first day with the combanation and everything. (it was a hard code) so i went to gym and got my gym clothes on. when i got back to put my regular clothes on, and i realized it wasn't there. so i really want t back. i know it was someone in my gym class because no one else is allowed in the locker room. one problem, it is set on 911 only. Can someone please help me?

P.S. my gym lockers don't have locks on them.
