This is embarrasing to say but I have never orgasmed during sex. What am I doing wrong? My fiance and I are trying to get pregnant but he doesn't know that I have never came during sex :/ Any advice?
 
Yes, you can get pregnant even if you never have an orgasm.

Most girls do not have an orgasm through sexual intercourse. It happens with direct manual/toy/oral stimulation to your clitoris. Being on top can help, then reach down and help yourself along.

As far as getting pregnant, just relax, have fun and don't use any form of birth control. It shouldn't take more than a couple of months for you to get pregnant. If you haven't gotten pregnant within 6 months, go see your OB/GYN doctor.
