Can I install a Turbocharger into my Saturn Sky?

I bought a 2008 Saturn Sky just a few months ago, and I thought that I wouldn't really need the turbo charger. I have recently driven my friend's Saturn Sky (with the turbo) and I have fallen in love. Is there any way that I would be able to install a Turbo into my Sky aftermarket? Could anyone give me a rough idea of the cost?
 
A few thousand for the kit, if you can install your self, and then making sure you don't push too much boost or your bottom end will be gone and you will need a new engine......OUCH -.-
