I am a 15 year old male and I weigh 200 pounds and have a horrible belly (40 inch waistline). I am trying to lose weight and my target is to be 170 pounds by July of this year. I would like to know if I can get my belly to 34 or 35 inches and to get rid of my hanging belly? thank u
