Can I Pull Off This Guy's Style?

So I want to change thing up a bit (different hair, clothe's, etc.) and I really liked Nick Carters style in the 90's (heres a pic) http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk120/melodyjoy_02/1.jpg but i'n not sure if I can pull it off cause I have dark hair and junk while his is blonde so that'll be a little difficult to work with. We're both white and he has that "white boy style" so I guess thats my goal

I agree that it's very dated! I think you should do "flippy hair", you know bangs in the face, touching your eye brows. It's just my opinion.. :)
