when its nice out, i want to let my guinea pig run around outside, but she likes to run, and our yard is HUGE, and theres alot of trees and bushes, and its not fenced in, so i wouldent feel safe just letting her out, so i was wondering if i could but her on a harness and leash so she can run around a little, but cant get hurt or lost, but i was thinking they may be bad for their back if they try to run, im not sure though. is this okay? heres a link to what i was going to buy, if it helps.

They are extremely dangerous because, unlike rats, mice hamsters, rabbits, etc, they cannot bend their backs upward; that's why they can't climb over most things. Putting on a harness can cause your piggy to break her back.

Hope I Helped!

ita fine. i used to do that with my hampster before it died. just go to a pet store and fine a harness made for guinea pigs.
