can i put mp3s, skins and pictures from my pc to my moto v3i without installing

the mobile phone tools cd? my motorola phone tools cd doesn't install. i think it got broken. are there other ways aside from buying memory card reader? because memory card is pricey. but i have my usb cord with me. thanks a lot. i feel like my phone is no use. no songs, skins..huhuhu.

anyone here know stalls where i can go to just pay so they can put songs and skins for me? around manila only. (philippines)
