Can I put my rogers sim card in a telus phone?

if I can't how can I change it so the telus cell phone can work with my sim card
 
Ya if your mobile is unlocked you can use any network.Otherwise you have to unlock it and use other network provider.This unlocking can be done through codes.If you need, get it fro Unlocking4Free.com .It provides free service.If your mobile model is listed here, you can unlock your mobile easily.
