Can I put my telus prepaid SIM card in any phone I want?

I broke my old phone and was wondering if I could use one of my friends old phones instead of buying a new one... Please help!!

Make sure you friend phone is not locked to particular network provider.Because if it's locked to any network provider.You will not able to put your Telus sim card.You can remove your network lock using network unlock code.It's the best way to unlock your mobile phone.If you need an unlock code visit wickedunlock.com Here you can unlock your mobile phone within a day.
