I have ordered something from amazon marketplace on wed 13 feb, I contacted the seller first but he did not reply, anxious I went forward and ordered the item. Later in the evening it was marked as dispatched. I sent 2 more messages to the sellers, he is not answering, he did not put any tracking info, only parcelforce. It's been more than one week now, I know the delivery estimate is between 18 feb and 1st of march, but still I am very unsatisfied by the customer service and the speed of delivery. What can I do now? Can I refuse the parcel if ever arrives? Will I get full refund for the item and postage I paid via amazon? I must say I no longer need the item because I simply couldn't wait more and bought locally. So there is no point to receive it and then return it.
