Alright so, I was re-naming some of my music files, but It was taking too long, so I went ahead and just made a new folder and copied all the files that I had to re-name in there. Then I opened WMP and took off my default music library folder by pressing "remove" then adding the folder that had my files I needed to re-name. What I didn't know is, by removing my music folder from the WMP "manage libraries" list, that it was going to delete them from the music folder AND the WMP library. Now I know all my original music files are somewhere on my laptop because I still have the same amount of Hard Drive space as I did before, and if they were totally gone, I would have more space than before. Now the question is, where are my music files? And is there a way to restore them? If so, I would really love it if someone told me, I'm like freaking out right now since I don't know what to do, cause I had 13,000+ songs in my music folder, and I don't want to go through all that trouble getting them back again. Please, help! Thanks.
