Can I return the old nano I bought last week for the new one?

Last week at Best Buy I bought the second to newest ipod nano. If you haven't heard, apple just put out a really awesome new one. Will Best Buy simply accept an exchange if it's not broken but lightly used, and I just say I want the new one?

You've used your ipod so the value is slightly decreased.

i bought touch just months ago and now they released new one (((((

just tell them you don't want it. and return it. then buy the new one next week.
