I've had an ongoing claim with HM Revenue & Customs (England) for 7months (for working tax credit) they are not giving me a response to my formally written complaints nor are they telling me anything on the phone. And they are still not paying me. BUT they have told me i WILL be getting money...

The lack of money is harming my quality of life which would be improved greatly if i received what i am entitled to.

I think i have waited a good fair amount of time considering i know people in an identical situation to me that started receiving within 3 weeks.

Can my local MP help me with this? to get what i am entitled to?
LOL :) Thank you Yes my local MP is a member of the Labour Party

Not sure if your local mp can help but there is no harm in contacting them to complain either. You are perfectly entitled to write to your local mp.
