can i say that i lost my nokia 6265i (metro pcs phone) and get a new one???

i got a metro pcs phone but its all jacked up.. i have inshurence on it. and they said if it gets stolen, lost, or mistakenly damaged i can get a replacement. so i was wondering if it would work... thankyou in advance.
oh yea, would i have to get the same type of phone, some other cheap phone, or would i get the same phone that i supposebly lost? thanks again.
 
u most likely will have to provide a police report for it being lost or stolen. and pay the deductable for the insurance. and yes u would get the same phone that u have.
 
to avoid the trouble of the police report break it.. call em first and make sure they'll replace it. i washed mine and got it replaced. it just depends on your insurance.. and you'll have to get the same phone.
