So can&#039;t really drive (any car) or go to the DMV until I get this resolved.That&#039;s a separate IssueMy question is can I sell that car to a third party now. Knowing that the car is not registered but more importantly had the history I&#039;ve just mentioned. My name doesn&#039;t appear on the Title but the Ticket has the Car Licence Plate with the Ticket associate with it. Bottom line does my personal DMV issue with this car prevents me from selling it, knowing my name is not on the original Title and can potentially be just handed over. Thank you for your help.
