Can I setup a D-Link DI624 using Telus P4000 htc phone?

I have a TELUS htc P4000 TITA100 WINDOWS MOBILE 5 wireless device. I was given a D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G DI-624 wireless router, and want to change the SSID. When I enter the ip addresse (192.168.0.1) into the browser, I get a "401 Unauthorized" error message. Can I use this device to change the dlinks' settings at all?
