can i share my internet connection to selected PC's only on my network?

i have a Local Area Network connected to a fast ethernet switch...there are more than ten PC's connected to my network..i would like to share my internet connection to certain PC's, maybe just four..could that be done? if so, how? please help!! thanks!!

You'll need a router than can block Internet access on a per-IP basis, or an Internet access control system.

I'm using a Netgear WNR834B v2 that allows you to restrict internet access by IP or service type or both.
