...direct heat? I'm cooking a rack off direct heat/smoke. I usually just put it on the grill away from the heat or i put it up on the back top rack away from the heat.
Question is: Do you think I could use the rotisserie to spin my meat while it smokes? This would be away from the heat as usual, as well.
When I watch Food Network on tv, I always see famous rib restaurants with huge ovens that have some sort of spinning machine, that spins a bunch of ribs all around. Anyone seen those? Anyway, do you think I could use the rotisserie to spin the meat as it smokes for 4-6 hours or w/e.
I am buying them Thursday and cooking them Friday.
