Can I start my birth control on a Monday?

My last sugar pill was today, I just took it about an hour ago. I'm really confused with the whole 'Sunday starter' thing. Would it be alright to start tomorrow on a Monday considering I just took the last sugar pill today? And how would I take the Sunday pill at the end of the month?

Go ahead and start them on monday.....you are only missing one day, However, you may want to consider using a back up method of birth control (like a condom) for a week to prevent pregnancy. YOu can check your packet for complete instructions on what to do if you miss one day.
