Can I still get non ethanol gas?

I have a older f150 truck and with the ethanol gas I get 230 miles out of a tank, and with non ethanol I get about 280. There are a bunch of marinas around where I live that advertise ethanol free gas. Would they let me buy it or is it for boats only. The only regular gas station that sells it is 10 miles away and they get away with it because they advertise it as recreational gas. The marina is just down the road.
