can I swap sim cards to use t-mobile phones on the at&t network?

I am still under att contract and would like to get an unlocked phone I can take with me 7 months from now when I switch to another carrier.
 
Yes You have to Unlock Your Mobile Phone from network lock United States (USA) to use with other network sim card ..Get the unlock code from the site Theunlockarena.com and unlock it.

Note:Without Unlocking you cannot use with other GSM Network Sim card.
