Can I switch my Virgin Phone to a Rogers Plan?

I dont want to get a new phone i just want to use my virgin phone with a rogers plan can i do that?
 
You need to Unlock the Phone from network lock....Then use with any GSM Network sim card in the Phone.You can Unlock it easily using the Unlock code....You can get the Unlock code from the site Simpleunlocking.com and get the Free Unlocking instructions at here Mobileunlockguide.com and Unlock it from network lock step by step.
