can I switch on camera in nokia 3250 xpress music without twisting the bottom ?

I want to buy one mobile.
I am confused whether to buy nokia 3250 or 5700,
Anybody plz help me.
I want to know that whether I have to twist the bottom to record video, I feel it very boring
