i got a pan-tech duo and i am already sick of it, so my brother gave me his old 3120b nokia phone. but the problem is that the pan-tech has a 3G sim card so when i turn the phone on it says enter the restriction code. i have no idea what this means so if anyone has any information along the lines of a restriction code or my original question please inform me! thanks!
