I have a Logitech X-230 2.1 sound system and I use foobar2000 as my music player. Although I can use advanced limiter in DSP Manager, I feel that it reduces sound authenticity. Also, I have this problem when playing my KORG TRITON. The bass makes the satellites buzz. Is there a way to transfer the bass that the satellites can't handle, to the sub-woofer? Or is this just how much punch this sound system can pack? I have an on-board sound-card that I'll be upgrading today with a Creative Audigy 7.1, hope that it will improve things since my on-board card can only render mono line-in. Please share your thoughts.
