can i travel abroard with a warrent for my arrest?

i have breached a commmunity order in england about 7/8 years ago i have completely changed my life around since then i am clean from drink and drugs i have moved out of london and have seccured a good job and rent a nice home i am worried to hand my self in incase i grt cusstody as i breached this order 3 times all them years ago i have not done anything wrong since i left london and got clean but if i get put in cusstody i will lose my job and home and have no choice but to return to the place that got me in this mess in the first place i have to get this sorted so i can caryy on progressing in my life i am now 30 years old i would appreiciate any advise to help me move forward
i need to know if anyone one knows wat sort of outcome would there be if i do hand myself in what would the procedure be

It's wonderful that you've gotten your life together, but all that good behavior will be for naught if you haven't resolved the warrant. You could be arrested the next time you are stopped for a traffic violation, for example. It would be taking a risk to travel abroad because your name will be on a list of sought for people.
