can i use a Tmobile phone with an ATT plan?

i have an ATT plan but i HATE their phones. i really want a Tmobile phone, but if i buy the phone and put my sim card in it, will it work? will it still go onto my ATT phone bill and everything? and if its locked, which store do i take it in to get it unlocked? and is it allowed? a lot of questions. i know. sorry.

well u could get a unlocked tmobile phone if its fully unlocked it should word with any sim card and every service...hope this helps

If you need to use other GSM Network sim card means you need to unlock it..Without unlock it you can't use other GSM Sim card.Instead of going to store you can get the unlock code from the site Unlocking4free.com/unlock-your-phone for old models of some brand and Unlock it easily.If you unlock it you no need to pay for previous Plan....But you need to pay pending amount.
