can i use internet on my blackberry bold 9000 if i have a prepaid sim card?

okay i really want a blackberry bold 9000 and i Only want to get it if i can use internet and send pic mail if i just buy a data plan on prepaid will i be able to use it then or will it still not work! please someone help! :) please a thanks.

I'm not sure about Blackberry, but I had the same concerns when I got my iPhone and it works fine :-)
