Can I use my Nokia N95 8G to do Video Calling with Rogers?

Hi All
I've recently purchase a Nokia N95 8G in Hong Kong. I wanted to know if i can use my phone to do video calling. I'm currently using Rogers network in Canada. Is there any setting in the phone that i need to turn on before i can use video calling?

NO... The network is what will allow this and even if Rogers is running 3G service I dont belive any carrier in North America is allowing video calling. That phone is just to advanced for our netowrks. Hoefully in the future, maybe by end of the year for some.
