can i use my three sim card in t-mobile or any other phone.?

i have a contract for 18 months, its started on july 07. my little cousin put it in the water. i send it to the company, they fixed but it didn't last for ever.

i have to pay the charges without using my free allowances.
i have an additional t-mobile, can i use the three sim card on it.

please anyone know about it.
