can i watch blueray movies on my PS2??

would they work on it? cause i really want to get across the universe in blueray but i dont have one of the blueray players.
 
NO you cannot watch Blu-ray movies on the PS2. The PS2 can only play standard DVD's and CD's. The PS2 doesn't have a Blu-Ray drive and it's not possible for it to play Blu-Ray.

If the PS2 could play Blu-Ray, it sure wouldn't be selling for under $200 dollars that's for sure.
