can i wreck a car that is on my property even if its not mine ?

i let a friend of mine park his car in my garage ,now after 3 years i told her i need to use the garage and that she should remove it !i gave her a bunch of verbal notices she said she would.its 3 month that i wait .......
can i call a wrecker and have him tow the car ?

You have to give her written notice and file a report of abandoned property with the police department. Once they determine she has abandoned the property you can do what you want with it.
