We are having a problem where the sky box is giving an error message: 29 not receiving signal
We haven't contacted sky yet but we was wondering whether ivy or similar plant could damage the wire coming from the dish. Our neighbours 'plants' have invaded our wall and completely covered the wire leading to the dish! Altho the signal did go off suddenly and the 'connector' does look different from other dishes we've seen, the black 'tape' seems to be missing on the 'connector' part on the front of the dish????
