Can Jamar Rogers, David Osmond, or Cody Shelton Come Back For the Wild Card Round?

Is it just the people who made it to the top 36 or is it anyone from some point in hollywood?

Who do you think should come back?
Can Wild Card People Win?
 
The Wild Card Round only qualifies those who made it past the Hollywood weeks and auditions. So it would only qualify the Top 36.
And
After watching today's episode I think Anoop should definitely come back. And I don't get how they just eliminate the whole bunch and keep three in. That Doesn't Make Sense!!! It bothers me. Yea but ANOOP ALL THE WAYY!
 
Jamar Rogers and Cody Sheldon can. But David Osmond can't, since he didn't continue on to top 36. Only Top 36. But I would think the contestants who sang Live would have a better chance, actually. I would lean more to the ones who sang Live. I'm bit confused, too, so sorry If I didn't help that much. I'm sure you'll get a better answer. I liked Cody,too. And I want Anoop to come back as a wildcard! :)
