I currently have a mortgage for a holiday home but i can no longer keep up the repayments. The resort company have now decided to repossess my holiday home. I am not concerned with our living situation as i am not a homeowner so my house cannot be repossessed. However my wife is living in the uk on a spouse visa. If my holiday home is repossessed is she likely to be deported?
