okay so it had a small fairy and she is.. nude... and she ends up with this boy. the most memerable part is the fact that when they try to talk to eachother she ends up talking gidderish. she will be talking normal in her own way but to him she was talking about beef noodles... the copy i has was in english... the fairy's name was rain, but spelled with a y some were... please some one help me :-s it was years ago though so IDK if anyone remembers it. it was before anime really became popular i think.
