I built a new computer and I recently added a tv tuner and my computer stop turning on. I removed it and still won't turn on. I jumped the psu and it turned on. However, i have another PSU which I performed this procedure on and it turned on as well but will not start my old computer. I swapped out the PSU and my old computer is running. My new computer is a lot more sophisticated and requires more wattage. Did I wear out my PSU. It's 600w and I ran a test to see what my computer need and it says it requires about 580w.
