Can snails infect fish with Lymphocystis ?

Say if a snail was in a infected fishs tank but shows not physical signs itself, and you add it to another tank. Will it spread the virus?
I talking about a single Apple snail.
 
Yes, snails are real good carryers of Lymphocystis. Its not for sure that he got it too but he could.
